- Please note that KiKa will not refund for change of mind but will exchange on sizing being incorrect, item needs to be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, 21 days for international customers.
- There are no returns on sale items unless the item is faulty
- The merchandise must be in original condition, must be unworn (except to try on), unwashed and swing tickets must be attached. Please be careful when trying garments on, make sure they do not have tan, make up, perfume or deodorant stains.

How long does it take to process my return?
We process returns within 5 business days of receiving them.
Who pays for the return shipping?
The cost of sending the returns back is your responsibility, we also recommend that you use a traceable service as we cannot take responsibility for lost parcels. If the item was deemed faulty or was incorrectly sent then we will gladly pay for the shipping, all you need to do is supply a receipt for the cost of the postage.
How do I return a faulty item?
If you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us immediately. Once we receive the item we will replace, repair or refund the item. Just follow the instructions above and be sure to include a receipt for your postage so we can reimburse you. Please also include your bank details for a refund of the return postage.
